It's NZ Music Month, and Jubt is joined in the studio by Peter McLennan, local musician and writer, who is in the process of writing a book on the history of Auckland label Deepgrooves, and to present a mix featuring the best of the label including tracks from Rhythm & Business, Urban Disturbance, The Mighty Asterix, The New Loungehead, Sulata, Jules Issa, Combinations and many more. Later in the show, NZ Music's king of funky digging Dujon Cullingford presents part two of his Disco Downunder mixes, with Leo de Castro, Dalvanius Prime, Pacific Eardrum, Sahara, Rodger Fox Big Band, Certain Sounds '80, Beaver & The Flyers, and a monster Billy Cobham cover by the 1860 Band.
