Welcome to another episode of JustUs featuring Legacy the Label! Legacy, The Label was founded by Ellen Honsa and Lauren Novak. They are two therapists (she/her) working full-time in the field assisting amazing individuals to overcome hardship and embrace their authentic selves. Through wearing mental health clothing, they began to notice that the clothing often sparked a conversation around mental health or allowed others to know that they were allies. Thus, Legacy The Label was created in efforts to #BurnTheStigma surrounding mental health.
