Tacos de Bacalao, or cod fish tacos, are a delicacy that is not as commonly found on the menus of Mexican restaurants, but when you come across them, they are definitely worth trying. I recently had the pleasure of ordering Tacos de Bacalao at a small, authentic Mexican restaurant in my neighborhood.
