This summer, I'm releasing bonus episodes of The Take Home. No new lectures on leadership, instead I'm sharing the amazing podcasts created by the students in my Leadership for Sport Professionals class. 

Today's bonus episode of The Take Home is produced by Hailey Coleman and features Jordan Rudd and Annie Wise's interview with Coach Cameron Hill from Trinity University women's basketball, and Jenn Goodrich the former Executive Director of the National Field Hockey Coaches Association.

In the show they discuss the situational leadership, team culture, player development, and the relationship between gender and leadership. They also highlight why it's valuable for leaders to treat people fairly but not equally and why self-awareness is a key for great leaders. And I love their mantra: "you can’t push fast forward on the experience button."
