This summer, I'm releasing bonus episodes of The Take Home. No new lectures on leadership, instead I'm sharing the amazing podcasts created by the students in my Leadership for Sport Professionals class. 

In today's bonus episode, The Take Home is turned over to Leadership Dunk produced by Tristan Smith and Brian Schaub. In the show they discuss Situational Leadership and Path-Goal Theory with Zachariah Paul, formerly of Spurs Give. Zach also talks about why it's important for those wanting to work in sports to have varied experiences and why strong leaders must take the time to learn the needs, interests, and motivations of each team member. Zach also details why being empathetic and asking good questions are foundational for leaders.
