In episode 3, I lecture on chapter 3 of the 9th edition of Peter G. Northouse's "Leadership: Theory and Practice." During the first segment, I highlight the evolution of skills-based approaches to studying leadership and detail Mumford et al.'s Skills Model of Leadership.

In the Rapid Fire Interview segment, I discuss leadership philosophy and the skills great leaders possess with Frank Supovitz (@SupEvents), the President of Fast Traffic Events & Entertainment. Frank is a former senior NFL & NHL events executive and the author of "What to Do When Things Go Wrong." Frank shares his motto: "Share the Credit, Shoulder the Blame" and describes the importance of making team members feel valued, showing humility, and learning from failures.
