Jaufre has been told by Augier d'Eixart where he needs to go to find the information he's seeking about Taulat de Rogimon.  In Chapter 9, he finds his way there and discovers more. He then needs to wait for a week, and so he takes a side trip into a forest, where he has some surprising encounters (Chapter 10). Finally in Chapter 11, on his way back to Rogimon, he is needed to rescue a former acquaintance.
