Doing interviews? Cool.  Here's a couple suggestions to think about doing your interviews a little differently in your podcast.

In this episode of The Talent Show, I answer a question from a podcaster about editing down his interviews.  He is currently spending a lot of time editing out the "ums" and pauses but his fear is that his show is too long.  I offer a couple of suggestions on how he can rethink editing his podcast AND increase downloads.
