Too many podcasters don't know they're audience.  They say they do, they even pick out an "avatar", but if you are not constantly evaluating your audience, you will lose sight of it.  This is more than describing this ultimate person, this is understanding in an intimate way how your content impacts your core.  In this episode, I give two real examples of how this is so true.
