If you're doing a show with more than one person, it's vitally important to figure out what role each person plays? Who's the host? Who's the co-host? Who comes in less frequently but with purpose?

I have worked with multiple morning shows, talk shows and podcasts that have issues with determining roles. It's important that everyone be on the same page with who does what and understanding everyone's strength. If you're doing a regular show with multiple people, this is a very important podcast to listen to.
