The topic for for this week is "Good News."  We'll be discussing the importance of spreading God's good news to the world which is his love and message. As Christian's God has appointed us as ambassadors for the Kingdom. He has assigned us the job to deliver the good news to all mankind. I'll be sharing how God helps us accomplish this mission and why we are called to do this. "The Spirit of the Lord GOD is upon me, Because the LORD has anointed me To bring good news to the afflicted; He has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, To proclaim liberty to captives And freedom to prisoners;" Isaiah 61:1 GNB. Taletha Thompson is a twenty seven year old, born in Jamaica. She came to America at the age of 4 with her mother 'Nukie' Thompson looking for a new start. God's hands were on her even before birth, as the doctors thought she had died in her mom's womb. At a young age she started praying for people, encouraging, and helping peers. She now wants to go into full-time Pastoral Counseling and also to one day receive a doctorate in psychology. When she was thirteen God gave her the vision to start her organization Y.E.S Kidz (Young, Equipped and Saved). She didn't start getting serious about it until five years later, after she heard the voice of God talk to her. That's when she fully surrendered to God's will and His way. Today she counsels young people all over the globe. Taletha's past job's were being a President and lead promoter for a record label called MIC Davidical Arts Music Group. As lead promoter Taletha lead the online street and marketing team by helping them to better handle the marketing and social media aspect of the marketing, promotion, and publicity of the artists. She had a promotional business called One MIC Promoters. One MIC (Ministries in Christ) Promoters is an online promotional team in affiliation with MIC Davidical Arts Records Music Group. Helping artists build a fan base on all social media sites. Taletha is currently working on her book of poems and is the talk show host for the "The Taletha Show" on Anchor.fm podcast, YouTube and other podcast platforms, every Sunday @ 8 PM EST also sometimes Facebook live every Sunday @ 8PM EST
