We were joined today by our good friend and Wine Specialist Jem Pestell. Jem has been studying to be a Sommelier for some years and recently undertook a role in a fine dining restaurant in Scotland on a five star resort. We talked the wine tasting process, understanding different flavours, the fine dining industry, Jem's journey to becoming a Sommelier as well as trying several wines and much more.
