This episode features a conversation with my guest, Jason Hall. Jason has been married to wife Chamia for nearly 8 years and together they have four boys; Colin (7), Tristan (4), Hendrix (3), and Jace (1). Jason is dedicated to being a shining example of a husband and father to his community and is committed to telling stories of other husband/ fathers doing the same. He is a journalist for Dear Fathers where he tells the stories of everyday black fathers trying to break generational curses! In his down time, he works as a commercial underwriter.

In our conversation, we talk about THE TALK; something Jason is thinking through as he considers having it with his eldest son, Colin. We try to define what THE TALK is, its many components and layers, and its implications for our children, as well as share our personal experiences having/not having THE TALK.
