The ‘Talking Book’ is a solar powered book, that is said to literally speak to uneducated parents, and guide them through their rights and those of their disabled children concerning access to education. Section 27 has championed the book, who believe that the book can be used a as tool to empower communities across the country to advocate for the rights of their children.
