Chris Pope is Senior Vice President at United Consulting in Indianapolis, a veteran consulting engineer with three decades+ of experience serving Indiana communities. He’s led and supported major projects—from complex bridge design (100+ bridges early in his career) to large interchange and corridor work—and now focuses on client advocacy and business development. Chris has been instrumental in INDOT’s design–build program and serves on the ACEC Indiana Board of Directors, bringing a front-row perspective on how infrastructure really gets funded, permitted, and built.
