Today's Tea is on Awakening to our Higher Selves. My dear friend from childhood, Keria Joseph, joins me on the podcast today and we go deep-deep sharing vulnerably what it's like to be on the spiritual path, having a spiritual awakening and learning to embody the frequency of love. I hope this conversation expands you and helps you see how this path is ultimately about healing the relationship we have with ourselves. Keria is a poet. Since childhood, poetry has been her way of navigating and translating the world first from love to beginning to understand what love is. Throughout her life, she's held many titles including teacher, photographer, congressional staffer, but the roles she holds most to her heart are simply those of lover, mother, daughter and friend, for those are the greatest privileges she's ever known. Keria recently launched a self care brand inspired by her poetry and her own journey in love and healing called Santal and Rose and she's currently in the process of writing a book and putting together a blog to launch later in the year.
