  • What's next? Embracing the changes life brings

In this episode of The Tea With T, I’m sharing a little life update and reflecting on the changes happening in my life. I’ve talked about embracing change before, but as I navigate a new chapter of my own, I felt it was time to revisit the conversation.Sometimes, we get comfortable with where we are and wonder why our lives aren’t changing. But sometimes, life has a way of shaking things up, pushing us out of our comfort zones, and opening doors to new possibilities. Whether we choose to embrace those changes or resist them is up to us.Change is inevitable, but how we choose to move through it can make all the difference. So, let’s talk about embracing the unknown, trusting the process, and staying open to whatever life has waiting for us next. 💜

  • Stop Caring What Other People Think: The Freedom of Being Authentically You

What happens when you finally stop living your life through everyone else’s eyes?

In this episode of The Tea With T, I’m talking about the freedom that comes from letting go of the need for approval, validation, and acceptance—and realizing that you don’t have to be liked by everyone to be worthy of being yourself.

We spend so much time wondering “What will they think?” that we can lose touch with the person underneath all of it. But authenticity begins when you stop abandoning yourself just to make other people comfortable.

I’m talking about why liking yourself has to come before being liked by others and what changes when you finally give yourself permission to simply be you.

You don't need everyone to understand you.

You don't need everyone to like you.

You just need to stop disliking yourself because they don't.

I love you, love yourself, and let’s grow together.💜

  • Feeling Stuck? Something Great Is Coming

What do you do when you feel stuck in your life—but deep down, you still know you’re meant for more?

In this episode of The Tea With T, I’m getting real about being in that uncomfortable space where I know I want my life to change, but I haven’t quite reached the other side yet. I talk about staying positive when things aren’t moving as quickly as you want, trusting that something bigger is unfolding, and continuing to put one foot in front of the other even when you can’t see the destination.

Sometimes being stuck doesn’t mean you’re going nowhere. Sometimes you’re being prepared for where you’re going next.

If you’re in a season of uncertainty, frustration, or transformation, this one is for you.

Keep going. Stay focused. Stay determined. Something great may be closer than you think. 💜

I love you, love yourself, and let’s grow together. ✨

  • It’s All Spiritual: How Understanding Life Changed My Life

This episode was supposed to be about me… but somewhere along the way, the conversation became so much bigger than that.

I found myself talking about spirituality, awakening, personal growth, and the way my entire perspective on life has changed as I've come to understand how life actually works.

The more I’ve learned, the more I’ve realized that spirituality isn’t necessarily about following one specific belief system. It’s about seeing life differently. It’s about recognizing patterns, questioning what you’ve been taught, understanding yourself, and realizing that the way you perceive the world can completely change the way you experience it.

In this episode, I talk about how spirituality has changed me, how my perspective has evolved, and why understanding life on a deeper level can genuinely transform the life you’re living.

Maybe the biggest changes in our lives don't happen when our circumstances change.

Maybe they happen when we change the way we understand them.

Welcome to The Tea With T. ☕💜

I love you, love yourself, and let’s grow together.

  • Religion, Faith & Spirituality | Maybe We’re All Saying the Same Thing

What if different religions and belief systems aren't as different as we've been taught to believe?

In this episode of The Tea With T, I dive into my thoughts on religion, spirituality, and the beliefs that shape the way we understand life. Rather than looking at different religions as competing ideas, I explore the possibility that many of them are simply different paths toward the same deeper truths.

Different cultures. Different languages. Different stories. Different names for the divine.

But underneath all of that, there seem to be some remarkably similar messages: love, compassion, self-awareness, connection, forgiveness, purpose, and something greater than ourselves.

I talk about why I don't think it necessarily matters what you believe as much as how you live, what you take from your beliefs, and whether they bring you closer to love and truth.

This isn't about telling anyone what to believe. It's about questioning what we've been taught, looking beyond the labels, and being open enough to recognize wisdom wherever we find it.

Maybe we're all walking different paths toward the same place. ✨

I love you, love yourself, and let's grow together. 💜

  • Life After Being Divorced Before 30: The Unfiltered Truth

    This episode is different.

I recorded this from a very vulnerable place. No makeup. No hair done. Pajamas on. No script, no polished version of myself, and not a single cut made to the video.

The last couple of weeks have completely exhausted me, and instead of waiting until I felt “put together” enough to talk about it, I decided to press record exactly as I was.

In this episode, I open up about what life has really been like being divorced before the age of 30—the emotions, the uncertainty, the growth, the things I’ve had to face within myself, and what it means to rebuild your life when it doesn’t look anything like you once imagined.

This isn’t the polished aftermath. It’s the real one.

Just me, exactly where I am, figuring it out in real time. 🤍

  • From Conspiracy Theories to Spiritual Awakening

What happens when you become open-minded enough to question the things you once took for granted?

In this episode of The Tea With T, I'm talking about how my curiosity about conspiracy theories unexpectedly brought me back to spirituality.

The more I allowed myself to consider ideas that once seemed completely far-fetched, the more I started questioning everything: Who are we? Why are we here? What is consciousness? How does reality actually work? And how much of what we believe is based on truth versus what we’ve simply been taught to believe?

I’m not saying every conspiracy theory is true. I’m saying that sometimes, being willing to question the impossible can lead you to questions that are much bigger than the conspiracy itself. For me, that questioning eventually led somewhere I never expected: back to spirituality.

Sometimes you have to question the world around you before you can discover what you truly believe within you✨

  • Healing Starts With Your Inner Child

What if so much of who you are today actually began with the little version of you that you left behind?

In this episode of The Tea With T, I’m talking about one of the biggest parts of my own healing journey: inner-child healing and reparenting myself.

I’ve realized that so much of our patterns, beliefs, reactions, insecurities, and relationships can be traced back to the experiences we had when we were younger. And for me, learning how to reconnect with my inner child—and give her the love, safety, understanding, and reassurance she needed—has changed the way I see myself and my life.

Healing my inner child has helped me grow immensely. It has taught me how to stop abandoning myself, understand where certain parts of me came from, and become the person I needed when I was younger.

Because sometimes healing isn’t about becoming someone new. Sometimes it’s about finally going back for the person you were.

    It all starts there. 💜

I love you, love yourself, and let’s grow together.

  • Why I Changed My Mind About Owning a Firearm at 29

For most of my life, I never imagined I'd own a firearm. I was raised to not like them and I believed I'd never need one. But at 29, after experiencing a major life event that completely shifted my perspective, I made a decision I never thought I'd make.

In this episode, I share why I chose to become a firearm owner and the unexpected sense of peace and confidence it has given me. This isn't about living in fear, it's about refusing to feel powerless. We also talk about the stigma surrounding women owning firearms, why self-protection shouldn't be controversial, and why being prepared is not the same as being paranoid.

Whether you agree with my decision or not, my hope is that this conversation encourages you to think critically about your own beliefs, your personal safety, and your right to protect yourself.

  • You're Allowed To Change Your Mind: Changing My Sexuality At 27

For twelve years, I identified as a lesbian. It became part of how I understood myself and how others understood me. But I found myself questioning things I once believed were permanent and realizing that growth doesn’t always look the way we expect it to.

In this episode, I open up about my journey with sexuality, identity, and the pressure we feel to stay the same person forever. We talk about how labels can help us understand ourselves, but how they can also become boxes we’re afraid to leave. Most importantly, we explore the idea that changing your preferences, beliefs, and understanding of yourself isn’t betrayal—it’s part of being human.

You are not obligated to remain the person you were at 15, 20, or even yesterday. Life changes us. Experiences shape us. And sometimes the bravest thing we can do is give ourselves permission to evolve.

No matter where you are in your journey, this conversation is an invitation to choose authenticity over certainty.

I love you, love yourself, and let’s grow together. 💜
