Teaching is a phenomenon, not a position. We lose confidence in our own in-built knowledge and sense of direction when we constantly see ourselves only as perpetual students, while assigning others the permanent role of teachers. In this podcast, I explore the nature of teaching, and why teaching and learning should never be confined to fixed groups of people. True teaching is fluid. It is a dynamic exchange that allows us not only to learn from others, but also to discover our own ability to teach.
