This startup is creating virtual beings to support companies in better and more efficient communication with customers.
Although, Virbe’s technology is mainly used in e-commerce, virtual beings can also be used for HR purposes such as improving the recruitment process, education or even customer support.
They can be found in physical spaces such as kiosks, integrated in websites or in VR such as within the metaverse.
