Required Pieces
1. Power rack-HulkFit Power Rack = $300
2. Barbell- rogue ohio power bar = $300
3. Weights- CAP 2" Weight plates = 2x45, 4x10, 4x5, 6x2.5 all for $225
4. Flat bench- flat bench = $50
5. Weight belt- weight belt = $50
Nice to Have
1. Log- log = $200 to $300
2. Bumper plates- Hulkfit bumper plates = need 2 45’s, $75 per 45
3. Cardio equipment- rowing, sled, heavy bag- rowing machine= $375, Everlast freestanding bag = $140, I built my own sled, but this one should work- weight sled
4. Dumb bells- plate loaded dumbbells = $50, good for 300 lbs per hand
5. Elbow and knee sleeves, wrist wraps- Knee sleeves with bag = $60, elbow and wrist = $50
6. Mobility bands- bands= $25

1. Husafell Stone- This is pretty specific and I
2. Macebell- macebell= $47. This is a cool one. Works for cardio and light weight training, easy to
3. Trap bar- can be used for frame carries and
4. Farmers Walk Handles- Farmers Walk Handles = $60- a great grip and endurance exercise, and these handles
5. Old tire- these are used to drop bars on, hit
6. Sand bag- I started with a cheap amazon one and
7. Ketllebell- I found a 35 pounder on sale at a
8. Atlas stone- don’t get one of these right away
9. T bar attachment- T Bar Attachment = $25 – used for standing rows, viking presses, and many
10. Adjustable bench- adjustable bench- the one I bought is currently unavailable, but this one isn’t super
