Great read I read all the books in the series. They all left you wanting more.

thoughts on temporary promise

As much as I loved Neal in the Seduction vow, I love Luis more. I think because he is flawed. He has pain and guilt in his past that creates a dimension to the character. Tara is cute too. this again is because she is flawed. Her indecisiveness has lead to relationship booboos. here Luis is graci's brother and just got back from war working in his brother's garage while he figures things out. One day Tara, one of Graci's best friends, has car issues and Luis comes to help. One thing leads to another and her secret crush is not so secret anymore. These two have a passionate kiss. What a toe curling kiss too. But Tara doesn't want to get to excited and keeps it casual. She's also afraid to lose Graci. Fortunately for us, these two cannot stay away from each other and as they work on their pasts and issues they come together. One who almost destroys this relationship is Graci in fact she sets it on a downward spiral when she judges Tara. Something that upsets Tara because she was always there for Graci. this in turn sets Tara on a path for isolation and this affects her relationship with Luis.

As we go through this relationship, we see Luis be a rock of support For Tara and encourage her to follow her dreams. He challenges her every step of the way something she sorely needs. Tara is there for Luis as well. these two fit together. This has a HEA but not because Graci but because of Luis and his persistence and patience.

A sweet story that shows how love is there with support and friendship. How even with flaws we can figure ourselves out and find our rock and foundation in someone else.

You get a little look at their interaction with each other in The Seduction Vow (book one) as Luis is Graciâs brother, and as such has been a part of Taraâs life for quite some time; Luis has always kept Tara in the âlittle sisterâ zone apart from one misguided make-out session with her on his 18th Birthday.
