When you embark on any journey or new path, it can be SO helpful to have some guidelines or principles to follow. They keep you on track, and help you stay focused when you veer off course.
Here are the top ten principles I believe in and embody in my own life, plus I encourage my clients to do the same. You may agree with them, or you may not! This is the perfect chance for you to get curious, dive on in, and create some principles that you want to embody for your own journey into self love.
The Ten Principles that we cover in detail are:
Use Curiosity over Judgment
Beauty, Health & Confidence are possible at any size
We are all inherently worthy of achieving our wildest dreams
Transformation is a continual process of letting go
It all starts with a single step
There is never a downside for taking responsibility for your own experience
If you want things to be different, you have to do different things
How people love, value, and respect you is a direct reflection of how you love, value and respect yourself
When in doubt, choose love and kindness
Have fun and enjoy the process
