The Texas Cornhole Show

We cover lots of topics in our second episode of the season.  The Texas Showdown, Spencer McKenzies, Making Money as a Pro, Playing the ACL Gauntlet to be an ACL Pro and then turning it down, and more.

Grant and Jon discuss the last seasons in ACO, ACL and TCL.

Grant and Jon discuss the latest ACL event, where Jeremiah Ellis continued his tour of dominance. We discuss a foot foul incident where an and 1 was taken off the scoreboard. (washing 12s changed to a 12-6 round). Will the ACL ever realize that allowing players to cross the line is a terrible idea?  Grant tries to explain what's happening at the end of the TCL season, and we answer some viewer questions.

We draft players headed to a big tournament in Waco Texas

Grant and Jon discuss the recent ACO Major in the BIGD where Grant won Doubles with Chase Lester.  Jon explains why Jeremiah Ellis is the #1 player in the world, and Jon and Grant chat about whether Addicted to Cornhole is good or bad.  Finally, is Cornhole a team sport?

Grant and Jon recap TCL's Signature Series #4 from Lubbock Texas, and the results of our draft.  Jon shares his dream of watching a Texan win the longest running and biggest achievement in cornhole, the ACO's "King of Cornhole."  We discuss the ACL Open #4, foot fouls (again) and then venture off into the realm of wild speculation and conjecture when pondering the changes at All Cornhole.

With Grant out on leave, Jon is joined by Matti P., the creator of Powderkeg LTD.  They talk about ACL Open #9, and then begin to wonder what's going on with ACL and its biggest sponsor, Allcornhole. What's the new league in the Carolinas about, and what do we think about tier rankings?

Grant and Jonathan review the rules between different cornhole leagues - the ACL, ACO, and TCL.  Can you step over the foul line? How many timeouts do you get in Cornhole? What happens when you win the coin toss? Can a person in the stands heckle a player? What are the bag dimensions? What's the bust rule? We discuss it all!

John and Grant recap TCL Sig #3 and the ACL Open #8.  We also cover the results of the MEGA DRAFT!

Jon and Grant are joined by: 1. Sean Asp from the most successful Cornhole podcast ever, The Big Asp, and 2. Trey Sparks, the voice of TCL.
