Hey guys! I hope you guys have had a wonderful week. This episode is about the things I've learned about lying and why we should always be honest. I have had a hard time facing the fact that I have been a liar for most of my life. Whether I've done it intentionally or unintentionally, I've learned that lying has really been something that has added to the heaviness in my heart. On my journey to Healy I have accepted that this is a habit that I need to break immediately. Was broken, I have benefited from enjoying the freedom that comes with being honest with myself and with others.
