The Thought-Belief-Emotional Triangle is a mental framework I use that helps me to visualize the interplay among my thoughts, beliefs, and emotions, and to see the impact they have on the actions I take, and the results I get.

This framework is fundamental to everything that we do. It’s always there, working in the background, either helping to propel us towards the change we want, or to keep us feeling trapped in the same cycles. It is a really powerful tool to help us understand what's going on inside of our minds, and how we can use these 3 levers to create the change we seek.
