Ego doesn’t know anything about anything. It manufactures perception based on the thoughts you believe. When you feel troubled, remember that the cause is manufactured perception. It is never anything real, no matter how real it seems. Remember that there is a force with you, by your side, that can, as you allow it, show you goodness-without-opposite undistorted.
