Lisa has her mentor and friend, Joan Robison, on the show today. With a new coaching course coming out July 6th, Joan is here to share her journey to this point. It all started with a leap she took in 2001. While she loved her job at Nordstrom, she was a single mom that was missing precious time with her son. She decided to start a direct sales business and built it up over a year before she was able to leave her other job. 

She would go on to spend the next 20 years as a top producer.  She established and grew three multi-million dollar sales organizations.  She realized that her real passion, however, lay in serving others.  She wanted to help others to overcome fear and mindset challenges like she had done.  In 2020 she felt God lead her to write a book to expand her reach. Flip The Switch teaches readers how to take negative thoughts and flip them into something that is more beneficial to them.
