In my humble opinion these are the three things every student needs before they leave education:

1. They need to learn about themselves. They need to find their sweet spot (what they enjoy and what they're good at.)

2. They need to be shown the world so they can find where they can add the most value.

3. They need to be shown how to communicate with people so they can listen and share effectively.

I don't care what content knowledge students have if they can do these three things.
