In this episode I interview Andy who is in charge of the 5 Sea Cadet vessels here in Gosport in the UK, Andy spent 35 years in the Royal Navy before taking this job where he looks after TS Royalist a square rigged sailing ship, 2 Pocket Battleships and 2 Rustler 42 foot sailing yachts where they take 60 young people each week out to sea, it is a fascinating story.
