The team ended the season, losing five straight games and yet again with another lackluster playoff performance. It is time for the Steelers to look themselves in the mirror and start having some uncomfortable conversations. Justin Fields should be the starting QB next year. There needs to be changes to the coaching staff, including Mike Tomlin, but that does not seem like an option. The team needs to spend big at several big positions in free agency and possibly trade star players like TJ Watt, Minkah, and George Pickens?
