Based in Norfolk, Virginia, Mr. Hicks' nonprofit organization sponsors and supports numerous community initiatives including, Knowledge Is Power Summit (K. I. P. S.), Tidewater Connection Alumni Association (TCAA), and now SOULS (Save Our Uths Lives). Mr. Hicks and JT share their passion for investing in our communities and highlighting the skills and talents of our youth who are our future community and world leaders. They emphasize the importance of partnership in making this happen. They believe in and promote the idea of the NOW Collective - No Opportunity Wasted.
