Dads, it’s not okay to bottle up your feelings or postpone dealing with conflict. When you ignore it, trouble won’t just fly away!

And Moms, you don’t necessarily need to deal with every tiny conflict right away, every day. Your intensity may be shutting your child down.

So, next time conflict breaks out at home, pause, take a deep breath, and think about waiting for the best time to work out a resolution.
