Recently Pepper Hamilton and Freeh Group International Solutions teamed up to present another Higher Education Webinar. This session focused on "The Title IX Investigation: Interviewing the Complainant."

The webinar was moderated by Matthew Dolan, managing director of Freeh Group International Solutions, and featured Pepper partners Leslie Gomez, Greg Paw and Gina Maisto Smith and nationally recognized victim advocate Connie Kirkland, who is currently Director of Student Mental Health and Behavior for Northern Virginia Community College.

The webinar presented a discussion of informed and effective practices for conducting an investigation in a Title IX case, with a focus on how to conduct the interview of a complainant in a sensitive manner.
