I’m releasing trauma at the core level.

Healing showed me how soft I am & how much I value softness. I'm soft yet strong, softness is my strength. I dont want to keep proving how resilient I am, I just want to be soft at all times. My soul craves a soft life, a soft love. Now I know I can only thrive when I can be soft.
