Nikki’s openness and vulnerability inspired others and she was asked to share her story on stage. Having overcome the depression, Nikki found that she still struggled with self-love. Seeking help, she signed up for a women's retreat focused on meditation and self-love. Initially guarded, Nikki soon realized she was not very different from the other women and was able to receive love, leaving with a sense of inner peace.
The following year, Nikki signed up for another retreat and learned about plant medicine as a tool for transformation. She did her research and was excited to walk into the best version of herself.
