Building a business can be hard, but I've found most of us actually make it harder.

I wanted to build a business on MY terms... but before I knew what was happening I started to think that in order to succeed I either needed to give up more, put other things on hold, or just work my face off until I "hit it big."

Only all of those things lead me to overwhelm, burnout, and not much success.

At least that's what it did for me and lots of business owners I've coached over the last 11 years.
