I share how I was exposed to the self-development and new-age spirituality world really young and how it led me to adopt a lot of toxic ways of thinking including:
Setting too high expectations and then shaming myself when I didn't meet them.
Wanting to become a millionaire by 19.
And being in a constant place of self-shame and criticism.
It wasn't until I got into a new relationship and then was involved in a life altering car accident that I understood and recognized how much I needed to slow down.
Join me as I pull back the curtain and share my journey of going from being stuck in a perpetual state of growth and transformation to learning how to slow down and surrender.
