On April 18, 1998, 32-year old Peggy Carr went to run a few errands in the coastal town of Wilmington, North Carolina. As fate would have it, two thugs up to no good spotted her walking to her car, kidnapped her, and eventually murdered her. This is the tragic case of Peggy Carr.
