“You don't know how to live until you learn how to die”

When you realize that your life will end someday, when you understand that your time on earth is limited, when you find you’re not guaranteed a number of days on earth, when you discover your breaths are running out…you suddenly learn how to live!

Death is inevitable and we will all face it one day. In this episode I share part of my story when life flashed right in front of my eyes exactly a few weeks after a heart-breaking loss of a loved one whom I looked up to. This complete awareness of death and the opportunity to live again gave me the zeal to live in the present, to make life's journey beautiful before reaching the last station called death.
