On December 23rd 2006 Ryan Waller and his girlfriend Heather Quan were both shot and presumed dead by their attackers Richie Carver and his father Larry Carver. Heather unfortunately died but Ryan however survived this attack and went on to try to tell police what happened. The story does get complicated because Ryan still had 2 bullets in his head while talking with police which made it extremely hard to fully give his story.
