Over a decade ago, Steve was miserable in life.  He worked too much, he wasn’t sleeping well, and his diet consisted of junk food and super-sized meals.  After gaining weight and struggling with depression, he determined enough was enough.  Steve laced up his running shoes and hit the trails.  In this episode, Steve tells his story of transformation—how he went from an overweight couch potato to a trail blazing marathoner.  He shares the five transforming effects of running and how deep relationships, education, spiritual connection, perseverance, and confidence resulted from continuous effort and hard work.
