What’s on your mind, unicorn? 🦄 Send me a text!
In this episode, I share honestly about my own self-love journey, and how it has transformed my life in the most unexpected ways.
For much of my life, I definitely didn't know what it meant to love myself. In fact, I've spent most of it downright resenting myself: my mind for being so difficult and frustrating, my body for never looking how I wanted it to, my struggles to open up in every relationship.
My difficult relationship with my-self impacted my life in ways I'm still unraveling, but I've made some great strides. Today, I'm sharing on this topic that came up in the last episode with Erin Ramsey because I know there are others out there who are dealing with some of these things, too. And there are some simple things we can begin to do that can make a huge positive impact for you.
After you listen to this episode:
Ask yourself:
Are the things I'm saying to myself the things I would say to my best friend?
Take action:
Spend one day noticing the thoughts your mind is saying to you, and physically write those thoughts down. When the day is through, journal on the thoughts you intercepted from your mind.
