Eike has a passion for wellbeing and qualified as a mindfulness teacher with the Oxford University Mindfulness Centre. She has a master’s degree in Coaching and Mentoring Practice, and her dissertation research explored how mindfulness training can support coaches and their practice.
During this conversation Marian and Eike discuss the benefits of raising mindful awareness in coaching, including connecting the body a source of information, noticing and regulating unhelpful habitual reactions and using mindfulness and self-compassion to manage coaches’ self-care needs.
