As Executive Director of the Boys & Girls Club of Burlington, Tanya Benosky is dedicated to empowering youth through education, mentorship, and community support. With a background as a CPA and prior roles at Harvard University and McSoley McCoy & Co., she joined the Club in 2008, rising from Finance Director to her current leadership position. 

Tanya’s commitment to creating safe, nurturing environments has led to significant achievements, such as securing a $50,000 Lowe’s renovation grant and distributing $100,000 in scholarships to support Club members’ college aspirations.
