Good morning. It's Friday, October 11th. I'm Kristie McIntyre, with your Mid-Columbia news from The Tri-City Herald. A second night of below-freezing temperatures was predicted last night for the Tri-Cities. The low was expected to fall to 28 degrees, matching the low on Wednesday night recorded at the Pasco airport. But it didn’t break the cold record for the date, according to the weather service. The low for October 9th in the Tri-Cities was 24 degrees set in 1921.
