The forecast today calls for more clouds and windy conditions moving into the Tri-Cities area. But it still will be warm. The National Weather Service says the high should be near 89. As the day goes on, winds could get as high as 20 miles per hour or higher overnight. There is also a 30 percent chance of rain predicted tonight.
