Roshan Robert

Roshan Robert is a financial services executive with substantial experience in traditional capital markets as well as crypto. Having worked at Morgan Stanley, Pricewaterhouse Coopers, Barclays, Hiddenroad and CLST, Roshan has focused on Risk Management, Regulatory Strategy and Product Strategy throughout his career. Roshan played a key role in the implementation of Dodd Frank regulations across the derivatives business at Barclays. He took on a leadership role in implementing regulatory strategy for the Barclays FCM as well as took active part in important strategic initiatives like the reengineering of the derivatives business treasury processes and the creation of a derivatives utility. Roshan was also part of the founding team at Hiddenroad, leading the organization as the Group COO / CCO for over 4 years and helping to build a non-bank prime brokerage business straddling Tradfi and crypto. He was also a co-founder at CLST, a credit deployment hub for digital markets and spent time as an advisor to foreign banks entering US capital markets, prior to joining OKX as the U.S. CEO in September 2024.
