What if the pursuit of safety is the very thing keeping you from truly living?
Inspired by a thought-provoking Christmas dinner conversation, I invite you to join me in questioning the conventional wisdom that equates corporate "success" with safety.
Reflecting on a conversation with one of my early coaching clients and my own experience in BigLaw, I share how a seemingly secure career can mask a deeper dissatisfaction and how no job is immune to change.
Together, we'll explore the alluring illusion of safety that often shackles us to societal norms and expectations, urging you to redefine what it means to live a life that feels genuinely alive, authentic, and Lit!.
I hope this episode challenges and inspires you to pursue goals that spark your inner joy, even if it means stepping into the unknown.

This week, I stepped foot in a gym for the first time in 4 years.
And even though I could probably have watched a few YouTube videos and figured it out alone, I hired a coach.
Why?
Because I'm clear on what I want, and I know having someone to guide me and hold me accountable will get me there not only faster but also more sustainably.

What if the path to personal growth is more intertwined with global challenges than we think?Â
This episode is a call to integrate human values into our personal growth stories, and understand that tuning out is not an option. Â
Join me as I reflect on my journey into personal development, a path that became more nuanced in the wake of significant events like the murder of George Floyd in 2020.Â
This free-flowing episode explores the balance between staying informed and maintaining your well-being, ensuring that activism and joy coexist rather than compete.Â
By sharing my struggles and reflections, I hope to inspire you to feel your feelings and take a balanced approach where personal fulfillment stands tall alongside your fight against social injustices, reminding us all that our wellbeing is crucial for sustained impact in our communities.

Change is hard.
Stepping away from what's comfortable and stepping into the unknown brings up all the feelings.
Taking the first step is huge! But how do you keep moving forward, step after step, when you feel no one is listening or cares?
In this week's episode, I share candid stories about my own setbacks—from low engagement on social media to minimal sign-ups for my recent webinar and mini-course—and share 3 things that kept me going even when, some days, all I wanted to do was quit.Â
This is a must-listen episode if you know something needs to change, but the fear of silence, crickets, and lack of support stops you.
You’ll find inspiration and practical tips on keeping going when the going gets tough.

It was my son's birthday week. I also delivered a webinar to Dad's working in law. Both of these events got me reflecting on becoming a father for the first time and the unexpected shifts that occurred, changing the course of my career and life.
In this week's episode, I share five things I wish I'd known and worked on before my son was born. These things would have helped me navigate the shifts with a little less angst and uncertainty and maybe short-circuited the process.
Whether you're a parent or not, the five things I share in this episode can be applied to your life right now so you can approach shifts and changes more easily and live life on your terms.
Oh, and I have updates on the progress of my upcoming book!
