Balancing The Heart Energy - The fourth chakra is your heart center, your heart wisdom. It opens you to healing, meaningful relationships, self-compassion, and universal love.

It's so important to balance the heart energy because the heart energy is the balance point for the entire energy system. Creating balance and stability in the heart makes it easier for other imbalances elsewhere to be corrected.

The heart energy brings a life-supporting calm inside of us and gives us the ability to relate positively to the world around us.
