In 1986 the Snedeker family moved into a former funeral parlor, and were immediately tormented by a malevolent force dwelling within the home. When the haunting escalated to full blown violence against the family, the infamous Ed and Lorraine Warren came to their rescue. This controversial story was the basis of the movie, A Haunting in Connecticut.
